A Safe Place to Land

Teletherapy in Colorado, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire

We all need a safe place to land:

~a place to slow down and connect with ourselves;

~a place to re-center around our values, our needs, and our goals;

~a place to work through whatever is blocking our path forward

I’m here to offer a safe place to land and support you in building a life that is authentic to you.

If you decide that you would like to connect to learn more, I would love to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation phone call with you. At the end of this call, we can decide if we would like to set up an initial appointment.

I am accepting new clients to begin in May 2025.

Breathe …and check-in with yourself around what brought you here…

What to Expect

  • I. Free Consultation

    Set up a free, 15-minute consultation phone call with me. I can answer any initial questions you might have about working with me, and I’ll also ask you a few questions to better understand your concerns. At the end of the call, we can decide if we would like to set up an initial appointment.

  • II. Initial Appointment

    Schedule an initial intake appointment. At this appointment we can discuss more in-depth about your concerns and goals for therapy.

  • III. Follow-Up Appointments

    This can look a bit different for everyone. Follow-up appointments are usually 45-50 minutes in length. We may decide to meet weekly or every other week (sometimes a mix of both). We may do short-term therapy together (e.g., 3-12 sessions), long-term therapy, or something in between. We can check-in throughout our work together about what works best for you and your needs.
