I’ll often initiate discussion around your values, your identities, your relationship with yourself, the mind-body connection, and ways in which your past relationships relate to your current relationships. As needed, I will introduce skills that can be helpful in coping with anxiety and difficult emotions.
I’ll often ask questions to deepen exploration of emotions, check-in around your experience in session, and collaborate with you to determine what you might need in between sessions.
I aim to assist you in building self-trust, leaning into your strengths, and working toward your goals—at a pace that feels supportive to you.
