I’m Here to Support Your Healing and Growth
I’m glad you’re here.
Starting therapy is a courageous (& often anxiety-provoking!) step toward investing in your healing and growth. Choosing a therapist is an important part of the process, as this is the person who will accompany you on this journey. I hope the information below helps you to get to know me more as a professional and person.
Clinical Specialties & Theoretical Orientation
The majority of my work is with college/graduate students and young adults (20s and 30s). The following are areas that I tend to work in most—if you see your concern listed here, we may be a good fit. I’m also happy to talk more about your concerns in a consultation phone call with you.
Anxiety
Life Transitions (e.g., graduation, change in school/job/career, change in relationship(s), grief & loss)
Perfectionism
Relationship Concerns (e.g., trust, vulnerability, setting and holding boundaries, identifying relationship needs, navigating conflict)
Survivors of Sexual Assault
Social Anxiety
Self-Esteem
Identity Development (e.g., exploring values, meaning, intersectionality)
My work is guided by an integration of client-centered, multicultural, emotion-focused, self-compassion, psychodynamic, and behavioral (CBT, ACT, DBT) approaches. I adapt my style to the unique needs of each client. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming of your identities. See more about my approach at the page below.

A little more personal about me:
You’ll often find me outside exploring nature or cuddled up on a cozy couch, getting lost in a good book or tv show. The best days usually involve both! I love quality time with cherished people and animals, slowing down, playing games, and eating delicious food. I enjoy traveling & new experiences, and the comforting feeling of returning home. I deeply value community, social justice, and compassion.
